A person’s tumblr tells a lot about them. It shows what kind of images they see in their head, who they love, who they hate, even what they think about other people.

It’s pretty amazing that all a woman has to do is tell a dude to stfu or spit on a dude for her to be considered a man-hater and therefore any threats sent to her or violence used on her is totally justified.

But those same dudes sending the threats and/or using violence towards the women that spit on or told any dude to stfu, are not considered women-haters.

Plus like. Look at varg virkenes’ views on women and how they should adhere to very traditional gender roles to be considered “real women.” These people think varg is “innovative” and “cool.” No, that clown makes great music and everything else about him is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen.

Also I’ve been to 100000000 times more metal shows than you so I think I can easily describe the scene a little better. And no, lyrics don’t matter because that’s not the people within the scene. The people make the scene. Metal MUSIC isn’t necessarily misogynistic, but the…

Obviously people are more interested in defending a music scene than even listening to my experiences (pedophilia isn’t THAT big a deal, gosh) creeps often target a more timid and vulnerable girl, which you do not seem to be, which is maybe why you do not experience these things on the same level that I did. But yeah definitely just as many slur using rape apologizing weird ass creeps at a metal show as there is at a rave. And I’ve been to both plenty of times.
